The goal of this paper is to develop a new empirical relationship between observed macroseismic intensity and strong ground motion parameters such as peak acceleration (PGA) velocity (PGV) for the Vrancea subcrustal earthquakes. recent earthquakes provide valuable data examine these relationships seismogenic region.
